This is the original stone farmhouse, some 150 years old. This is a comfortable home with a good ambience.

Inside:

The accommodation, which is heated by means of oil central heating, comprises of a modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine (spin dryer in the adjacent utility room), fridge, freezer and microwave and other necessary equipment.

The dining room has a beamed ceiling, large oak dining table and chairs and a sideboard and cocktail cabinet. The door opens into the hall which has a door giving access to the garden and another to the beamed sitting room which has a stone fireplace. It is comfortably furnished and has a television, DVD player and a bookcase. All the living areas and bedrooms are fully carpeted.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a king sized bed and fitted pine wardrobes, dressing table and hairdryer. The second bedroom has two full sized bunk beds and the third bedroom has two single beds, chest and wardrobe. 

The bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and cabinet. The WC is separate.

There are radiators in all bedrooms and living rooms and bathroom and electric heaters are also available.

Outside:

There is a secluded, peaceful garden bounded by the old dairy building and a stone wall and there is a brick BBQ and garden table and chairs. The rear of the building opens onto the farmyard via a spacious porch.

The exterior has been recently decorated and the interior completely refurbished. The furniture has been selected to be in keeping with the building.
